All new players MUST bring Original Birth Certificate AND one copy of the Birth Certificate,  TWO photos (Wallet or passport size).  Parent or Guardian and the player must be present.

Fees :   $35.00 for Munchkin division (5years & younger).  $40.00 all other divisions (6years & older).  Check or money order in favor of Jersey City Soccer Association is preferred.
